Beginning my career 11/01/1978, in the James C. Kershaw Division Office in East Providence, RI, I received company training in Pittsburg, PA and training in my Division Office. Coupled with long hours, hard work and commitment to clients, brought individual sales success. This led to my first Home Office promotion in 1980 to the National Sales Training School in Miami, FL as Instructor. In a classroom that averaged 30 new students weekly, I taught the same Sales Training I received in PA. My responsibilities included travel in the US Southeast Region, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands, with one-on-one field sales training in General Agencies and Division Offices. I represented Mutual of Omaha and our Region's Offices as Guest Speaker for many Industry functions. In April 1980, my success led to a promotion to the Jack Deilks Division Office in Fort Lauderdale, FL as a District Manager, where after many years, I eventually retired from Management. During this part of my career in Broward County, I taught Life and Health licensing classes for those looking to enter the profession. My team and I went on to earn six Career Manager Club Awards, multiple National Top District Awards in Small Group Insurance, Large Group Insurance, multiple Number One Rankings in Property and Casualty Insurance and numerous additional management awards. After retiring from management, I continued my individual practice I maintained in Ft Lauderdale during my Management years, expanding Palmieri and Associates, LLC's business reach in and beyond South FL and to multiple states in the US.

The highest compliment I receive, are the numerous referrals over the years from established Clients and Centers of Influences who receive the same level of respect, professionalism and commitment my clients are accustomed to, which allows me to continue helping Individuals and Business with a broad expanse of products, planning and knowledge that has allowed me to be successful for 42 years and counting.
